"Wish I could give zero stars, horrible customer service and if you're looking for any type of mental health care steer far away from this place. They act like they're a lash technician trying to charge a $50 deposit for an appointment, which is $40 more than my copay???? LAUGHABLE. I truly hope none of yall book here because that's a complete scam. I have been to multiple different specialist and have NEVER been required to put down a deposit they're out of their minds. I see why they don't even have 4 stars if you read reviews and read mine please go to someone better who actually cares about helping patients and isn't just a money hungry government agent."

"I was referred to Dr. St. John by a friend (who is also a very satisfied patient of hers) when my family moved back to this area. That was 4.5 years ago, and I have been thrilled with my care the entire time. My wait in the office is never long, yet I never feel like the doctor is rushing me to make it to the next appointment on time. That excellence in scheduling. Whenever I have tried a new therapy, Dr. St. John can always tell me the side effects and benefits the research has shown, as well as how her patients have experienced the treatment. I always feel like we are making decisions together, and she never pushes me to try something I show even a hint of doubt about. I feel completely safe and assured having her at the helm of my mental health care. I always seem to get some kind of run around at my pharmacy, but the office always takes care of it and gets me on my way. All interactions with office staff and Susan have been pleasant and efficient during my time here. I have recently worked some with Rachel, and found her to be very knowledgeable and safe in providing me with TMS treatment. I know Dr. St. John is well-known and highly sought after, but if you are able to get in with her, she is well worth the wait!"

"I (Terry Kay Briceno) was a patient of Dr St Johns for 8 plus years. She is a wonderful psychiatrist however I give her office a 0-1 star due to the receptionist (Susan) who is definitely rude and uncaring. Having rules and regulations is one thing but just being rude and mean to people is another. Dr St John definitely needs a kinder receptionist."

"I've tried to get help with my issues and regular pcp wasn't cutting it. After doing my due diligence of looking for a psychiatrist, i found this office. Been here for a could years now and the staff has been very pleasant. Dr. St. John is very patient with me and is working hard to treat me. They accommodate my schedule and on/iff again payment changes like with it without insurance. I'm mostly at work so my appointments are always through online video chat and they are always good."
