"Love the zoo. ST Louis Zoos has come a long way since our boys were babies and we first visited 20+ years ago."
"It does cost to park here. There is some free street parking as long as you are willing to walk a little ways. There is a lot more free street parking near the north parking lot. The south lot itself is much bigger than the north lot and has a much more impressive entrance with statues and photo ops. Both entrances are accessible and easy to use."
"Took my granddaughter on a Saturday. It was a nice day. The weather was great, which meant the zoo was packed! I don't think I've ever been there when it was so busy. The parking lots were completely full. We had to park about 1 mile away and walk. It was difficult to get up to see some of the animals bc it was so busy. We did enjoy ourselves, though. Food prices aren't bad at all. Staff was friendly. The zoo was clean, including bathrooms. We definitely enjoyed the day. Next time, I'll go through the week and during the school year to avoid so many people."
