"The last delivery Lake Forest Flowers sent my wife were wilted and looked horrible. I returned them personally and vowed to never use them again. Alas, I gave them another chance. They failed miserably. Lake Forest Flowers never misses a chance to upsell or hide what they are actually charging. The management is void of any customer service, they just want to overcharge because they can. To add insult to injury they call you year after year to purchase flowers for your deceased mother's birthday."

"My hubby's 50th class reunion met here. Nice facility, courteous servers passing appetizers. Food stations to help yourself. The bar was packed which is always normal for this type of event but the bartenders did a nice job."
