"i RENT at Village Green. Excellent experience. Feel bad for a few of my neighbors that OWN at The Arlington Club, and they pay$$ for supposed. Snow removal, garbage, landscaping. Although, you "own" your home, you have NO choices regarding tree removal, etc. . It's a very aggressive association, full of threats and fines for putting trash out "too early". The Arlington Club should be ashamed of the way it treats their HOME OWNERS!"

"I’ve lived in Lakeview by Wrigley Field and it was easier to park at my apartment there...how is that even possible? My sister got a TICKET for parking right next to our driveway. Snow plows like clockwork at 3am. Sound like a loud car crash and completely ruin your night of sleep. If you’re going to make 6 parking spaces for 28 units, then don’t give me a ticket when there’s no physical spot. We OWN a condo here we should not be parking down the road by another cul-de-sac."

"The appearance of this community is nice from Arlington Dr. The villas are beautifully landscaped as seen from the street. The landscaping around the coach houses is marginal at best. They would rather cut down trees than utilize other means of improving shady areas, unless you are on the board or know someone who is you're basically screwed. If you are looking for equality and good stewardship...go somewhere else"

"I have a big apartment, a big family and grown-up children. We have more than 2 cars and it became as a big problem, because Arlingthon club condo do not respect their owners, not giving them a choice. When I ask them , what I need to do with our cars ? And where I should park my cars their just laugh and say: “ on your neighbor’s driveway “ so rude and unprofessional staff... When we bought this couch house it wasn’t any restriction. And they didn’t tell us that they planning to do a new rules where you cannot have more then 2 cars... if we know that before for sure we will not buy apartment in this subdivision. Now we are looking for a new house, and I'll write comments on facebook and where it is possible that people do not get into such troubles as my family.."
