"I was there with a few of my family members playing the slot and we were discussing our burial plan for our aunt while we played and the owner came up and said that she didn't want to hear our funeral plans. I said you want to tell us what we can talk about. She said yes I can tell u what u can talk about. I said wow. We weren't disrespectful or loud. We were just discussing how we wanted to do service for our aunt while we played. We are customers spending money at a business that needs our costumer dollars to survive. Won't be back !!!! It is so many other places to spend our money. And we chose you. We will spend our money some place else."

"If you plan on coming here don’t. Take the extra mile or so and go somewhere else. I can’t express enough how horrible this whole place is. I worked here for a MONTH, not only am being treated unequally and unethically, but more importantly I am unheard. They don’t care about people they just care about $$, so if you want to be treated like an actual human being, between an employee or a customer just go somewhere else. I’ve been emailing my frustrations with corporate and spoke back and fourth with management also, and let me tell you these people you don’t want associate yourself with, sickening. "I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. Don’t waste your time. Poor management, they don’t care one bit about their employees AT ALL. I would highly recommend not applying to this place if looking for a job. You will get walked all over and never have your voice heard. The amount of disrespect from management is disgusting, how could u treat employees like that, the people who literally RUN that business day to day. Management is terrible, corporate is unethical. This place is a disgrace."

"This place is an upscale slot experience. They give you drinks as long as it isn't alcohol which you must pay for. They pass around delicious tidbits of good food. I had chicken and cheese cake bites. My host even asked me if I wanted my water cold or at room temperature. Beautiful couches and decor. Friendly staff will go back, no problem!"
