"This pharmacy would not fill my prescriptions because I work for a competing pharmacy. They also waited until the end of the day to tell me so then I had to waste more time contacting my doctor to have them resend prescriptions elsewhere."

"after dealing with the pharmacist today i wouldn't have even given one star if i could have helped it. pharmacy messed up my girlfriends meds and only gave her 25 days worth of meds in a 31 day month, one of those meds are life threatening. and all the pharmacist could say was we have to call her doctor on monday. which makes no sense. the doctor has an after hours number they could use and they already filled the script. apparently more than one person at this store doesn't know how to count."

"Do not expect a refund even if they themselves make a mistake. I went through the drive-through at Desloge told Jeremy specifically what I needed per my doctor. He came back with 2 different brand options me thinking the only difference was the brand not what specifically was in them since I thought he was competent enough at his job to have picked the correct ones just said OK that 1 get home realize it's not the right one and try to take it back well they don't do refunds. So I pick up my last prescription deciding that I'm going to be switching pharmacies since that was not my error and they will not make it right and Get charge for a prescription that I had already Canceled with the actual pharmacist. If you are going to use them I suggest you triple check everything before you agree to anything or pay for anything. And if a mistake is made on their part do not expect them to make it right."

"This pharmacy brings back the true meaning of customer service. The staff is friendly and responsive. When you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a sincere "May I help you". Everything about the place is outstanding - I recommend it to anyone needing medications or medical supplies. They do it right."

"I just started with this pharmacy a couple weeks ago. Everyone is great. Kelly the pharmacist went over and beyond that first day get one of my medications covered by my insurance. I always forget the gentleman that delivers my medications to me but, he is very kind and always calls in advance."
