"The area is not baby proof as there are wires and electrical outlets all over the place. The computer games were full of advertisements and were designed for adults. There was very little to do except for have my toddler crawl under plastic benches. Such a disappointment. O’Hare can do better than this for families stuck there in long layovers."
"I used to go there O'hare all the time. The only thing I liked about this God forsaken airport was the cool kids area. I hoped one day my kids could check it out. I got stuck on a longer layover with my young kids and we went out of the way to go to the kids area. They got rid of the cool plane and tower the kids could play in and replaced it with a few computer terminal with lame games that had advertising all over it. They could have just added them to the old set up. Why would they take away this great feature for the kids to burn off some steam. 0 Stars"
"Great place to let you little ones run and play while waiting for your next flight to board. This area has child-proof walls all around it with only two entrances making it easy to give your children a secure place to roam while not having to worry about them going too far."
"An enclosed area where infants cant escape. Some computer games for kids that are too old to be in there. My 3 year old had more fun in the terminal. Absolute waste of time. Most charging stations are ripped out."
"Looks to be a new installation in the same location. The large colorful plastic benches provide a place to sit or climb. They also have pop out USB charging ports that actually work. There is a large soft climbing space in the middle that seemed to be a favorite for crawlers, walkers and runners alike. Older kids can get some screen time with a few generic airport-themed video games. Think classic Frogger or Pacman but you're dodging luggage and the like instead. There is a family bathroom nearby and it feels like it's close enough to the terminal without being in a high traffic area."
