"Autumn is outstanding. I filled out the forms online and was allowed to choose my preferred office. I chose to not deal with the local agent again as I had a less than pleasurable experience with them last time. I chose the agency in the next town over in Wright City and figured if they could take care of me better than the last time, I would give them a chance. When Autumn called, she walked me through everything ensuring I had the same coverage levels on the new policy and even a little more than the previous policy. She was exceedingly helpful and although I work in the insurance industry in the commercial side of it, she made sure I understood what I was buying and even made sure I got the discounts I would have otherwise missed buying online.
