Walmart Pharmacy 110 Davidson Avenue, Mount Vernon, IL 62864

"Absolutely horrid. I had a prescription sent here and called to find out when it would be ready. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and then stated they didn't get the shipment and wasn't going to fill it. Then informed ME to call around to other Walmart pharmacies and then call the doctor to have the prescription transferred. My doctors office was already closed at that point. I called my doctor the next day and had them transfer the prescription to CVS who had no problems filling it. What a joke. I have never heard of such a thing and neither had my doctors office."

"Very rude and unprofessional pharmacists. I recommend anyone who gets their medication here to go elsewhere there has to be better than this pharmacy."

"I live 70mi round trip from this Pharmacy and I'm there one day one day before refill time and they tell me the same thing can't fill it till tomorrow ... change pharmacy and they work with me on driving the long distance for the med by filling and holding till the next day then mailing out to me [will hold for me up to four day ] then mail out ... but not Walmart!!!"

"Everytime I come here to get my medicine I have the same problem every month. I'm to the point that a whole year almost 2 of dealing with it has me completely done on going here. They say its always something or the state which maybe but every month having a copay when its been free every month, but now they are wanting a copay and wanting me to come back next day for my money back. Really why waste my time 2 days in a row when it can be solved in 1 day considering its the same medicine I have been getting for almost 2 years. I will be going somewhere else that will have it on time every month with out always having to explain things to them why I have no co payment."
