"Horrible place to do your taxes. I been waiting for 2 months now and I contacted the girl who did it for me (Paola Valle) and she just told me that it’s on hold because of a paper that was not submitted on time, which by the way, she never told me about it at the beginning, when I went to turn in the paper they didn’t even opened (because of COVID) even though she told me that I needed to go, after leaving I called her and she told me that they weren’t letting anyone in because of COVID but that I still needed to go, I made TWO trips, finally the girl in front desk opened and received my papers, after this I tried to be patient and texted Paola every once in awhile to know about the status of my taxes and still same answer. I went full Karen and asked for the manager and of course the manager never responded. I’m still waiting. I do NOT recommend this place at all."
