"If I could rate lower I would. The front desk staff are very rude over the phone. I called 2 weeks ago to see a counselor, they had me fill out paperwork before I could schedule an appointment and never contacted me back after I submitted the paperwork. Every time I call I don’t get answered nor receive a call back. The two times I have spoke to Verdie on the phone, she was very passive aggressive and does not know how to properly communicate with others. I will never give my business to this company."

"Dr. Demontegnac is absolutely fabulous. Her office staff is a huge thumbs down. As of Jan. 1st, my benefits changed and I tried to get back in to see Dr. Demontegnac since I just suffered early pregnancy loss on top of still dealing with trauma from DV, PTSD, and anxiety. Starting on 1/5 I was going back and forth trying to get the office to work with my new insurance…all they had to do was agree to be in network and send the application (according to my carrier). I told them that I needed to know if they were going to accept my carrier before I go back to work in 3 weeks. My insurance kept calling me telling me that the office mgr was failing to return their call, they never returned my calls or my text, and when I finally did get ahold of them, they said they decided not to accept my new carrier. I’ve been with this counselor for 2 years and I work for a major employer in SA. I asked Verdie why I never got a call back and her answer was it takes more than a few hours to get questions answered… YOU HAD 3 WEEKS!!! They originally said I would still be able to see Dr. Demontegnac and then today, 1/24, they told me no. This is an extremely poor experience and horrible communication by the front office. I love Dr. Demontegnac and I wish I could get her services again but now even if they did decide to be in network with my carrier, their office customer service is so despicable that I wouldn’t even want to deal with them. I hope you get better office staff, Dr. Demontegnac. Wishing you the best but I’m extremely disappointed and feel left high and dry by your office."
