"Pharmacy tech lied about being “legally able” to tell me if any stores nearby had a medication in stock. Whether it was an intentional lie or just poor training, the lack of customer service is the same. The more customers you chase away, the more corporate will work you like a mule to compensate for losses, genius!"

"I was desperate to get a liquid antibiotic filled for my 4yo daughter that Walgreens (across the street) didn’t have and neglected to tell me and didn’t have at any nearby locations. I showed up to ask if they had it so I could call our pediatrician in the morning and have it switched. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to call Walgreens to get the script and fill it before closing so I could get a first dose in before bedtime for my daughter. Thank you Tim and team at this location!"

"CVS makes decisions to expire prescriptions when there is a refill left. The only one who should expire prescriptions should be a doctor. People take medicine because it's needed. I am done with this pharmacy. I wonder how many people have left without their blood pressure medicine and had a stroke. I wonder how many people have left without their antidepressant and committed suicide or suffered the effects of the chemical imbalance. Since when does a pharmacy have that authority. CVS should not be allowed to dispense medication if this is how they do it."

"Worst Pharmacy ever! Over the years the presciptions are constantly not what they are supposed to be or not ready when they say they are. I've never seen such an inefficient pharmacy and I've gone to different ones over the years. I'm sure this experience will continue to happen. I go elsewhere for my prescriptions. The experience mentioned is what happens to a family member of mine whose stupid enough to keep going back and is in denial of the inefficiency."
