"Be careful getting your scripts here. The first time they filled one of my meds they put the wrong dosage on the container. I couldn’t figure out why I was feeling so bad every morning and then I read the notes from my doctor and realized they put the wrong dosage. The last time I had a script filled, they gave me a 1 month supply when my script has always been for 90 days. No warning either. I went to pick it up and they’d changed it. When I called and asked them to switch it back, the lady got an attitude on the phone and also told me I was reading my insurance card wrong. I went in person this last time and asked about it and the guy in the pharmacy told me because of my insurance I couldn’t do 90 days. Ok fine, so I offered my secondary insurance and he wouldn’t even look at it and said you can only get 30 days. What they didn’t know is that I work in the medical field and I also process insurance information. So I wasn’t “reading” the card wrong and of course I’d already contacted my carriers from both prescriptions drug plans to verify that I can indeed get 90 days. The staff here is rude, and although I smiled and went on about my business I can’t help wondering how many patients they will continue to disregard. I have other alternatives but there are some people, particularly elderly, who can’t go elsewhere and have to just deal with the people at this location. It’s very disheartening."
