Mercy Pharmacy - Dierbergs Arnold Commons

"Honestly, if I could rate lower than a single star I would. Used to love the pharmacy at this Dierbergs location, but ever since they switched over to Mercy it's been absolutely terrible outside of the one worker there named Adam. There have been far too many issues with my family and I getting our medications. My mom and sister have had their prescriptions entered into the system using previous doctors who didn't even prescribe their medications causing a number of issues with getting refills (even after they were told about this problem) and we've had issues where medications that were scheduled for delivery and paid for never made it to our home. We have also had problems where they didn't have enough of an antibiotic my mom needed to urgently have and offered her no work arounds until she asked to have what they currently did have and come back later for the remaining part of the dosage. In my specific case this location caused a massive problem with me getting medication that I need for my asthma to be controlled. I don't know who is to blame the most between the insurance or this Mercy pharmacy, but both played a role in me fighting for a week just to get my medication. I had requested a refill only for Mercy to tell me that my insurance changed the medication and that it could only be filled at CVS or I have to pay out of pocket a couple hundred dollars just to have it filled there. I told Mercy to cancel that refill and they claimed to have done so, but when I got the prescription transferred over to CVS they told me they couldn't fill it because Mercy NEVER cancelled the order like they said they did. This resulted in me being without my medication for an extra day. I don't know what is going on with this clinic but I will never recommend Mercy again. You're better off going somewhere else."

"I switched from Walgreens to here because I was having tons of issues and let me tell you, the transition has been fantastic! I called and a lady named Aleah answered and I explained my situations and she helped me switch. I literally did no work except read her my insurance cards. She handled the rest. Then went above and beyond to call me and tell me how much my prescriptions would be, had them ready in 15 minutes, and called to follow up with me. Honestly the best customer service around. I cannot say enough good things about them. Simply fantastic!"

"This is probably the best pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff is always very friendly and the service is always very fast. Most importantly the prescription is always ready when they say it will be. My last visit the pharmacist actually even went out of her way to find a coupon for me before I even came back to pick it up. Exceptional service!! I cannot count how many times I've waited in a line at Walgreens or CVS to drop a script and then waited in a line to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. Never again."
