"My doctor sent a prescription for cream that can also be bought OTC. Pharmacy didn't attempt to fill, so I placed order for in store pickup instead, as doc said they often won't fill it as Rx. The online order was for same day pickup, but wasn't ready until the next day, at which time I had to rush to another state for work. Cvs closed front store at 5 so i can't get my pain cream that was in store pickup. I arrived around 5:02PM after I drove over 6 hours from a jobsite. My pickup order was a few feet from the entrance, and they wouldn't get the order I already paid for. I was in a lot of pain and not happy the store closed so early."
