"I wanted to get my daughter some counseling/therapy due to certain behaviors displayed at school and at home. I expressed this to her primary care doctor, and I was referred to this facility. Unfortunately the facility was no help at all to my daughter and all they wanted to do was put her on prescription drugs instead of help her work through her emotions, and help me learn to help her at home I was referred an FI counselor who was great at first but then was let go and she was replaced by a counselor who was not able to come to home visits because she was allergic to animals to which she did not inform us before trying to visit our home and refuse to see my daughter and appointments are not able to be made for the weekends for the Ft Worth Facility, so we did not have to miss work or school after calling the supervisor for the FI counselors I was told to find sources elsewhere it seems that they got their insurance payment out of the situation and no longer cared about my child's mental health or development at all they should be ashamed."
