"Definitely substandard, extremely disappointed in this venue. No handicapped parking, food was extremely late as we didn't receive our food until 5 minutes before our speaker was going to be introduced. Wait staff served and removed plates from the wrong side, some of the staff were wearing gloves while some were not This event began at noon and was due to end at 3pm. Food didn't start coming to the table until 1:20 pm. Thank goodness the speaker was fantastic otherwise the day at this venue would have been a complete waste. . ,"
