Walgreens Pharmacy

"The female tech was super nice and tried to help me but the pharmacist was so rude. I've gotten the wrong dose of my prescription the past 2 months. The pharmacist said i was lying and that was impossible and yelled at me. I wanted to refill my prescription. I explained the improper dosage to my doctor and she refilled my prescription. However, when I went to the pharmacist it was prepared and ready but they refused to give it to me. They said insurance wouldn't cover it. Not their fault that wasn't the issue. The tech was so sweet trying to find coupons for me. But the pharmacist refused to give it to me. I tried to explain her I literally only needed one dose to get me thru the next day before my doctors appointment. She was extremely rude and would not work with me. It was outrageous treatment. I didn't deserve to be yelled at or called a liar. I ended up leaving with no prescription. So ridiculous. My medication is always wrong and now this. I will definitely switch pharmacies. I appreciate the female tech i think her name was Hannah im not sure tho. She was super sweet. But the pharmacist lady was awful. I just wanted one prescription not to argue or be yelled at."

"They claimed that I haven’t had my prescription filled since 2020, even though I get a refill monthly. I asked for one dose of my daily medication just to get through the night, as it’s an SSRI and they refused. I will be taking all of my business to CVS Pharmacy from now on. An error on their end resulted in my lack of medication. Thanks for nothing."
