Join us on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for classes from 9:30-11:00 AM and 4:00-9:00 PM, or from 9:30-11:00 AM and 4:00-7:00 PM. We can't wait to meet you and shake your hand as you embark on your journey towards a healthier, happier you.
