Reviews
"Always friendly and helpful if one has questions."
"Very nice local pharmacy. Easy access. Friendly staff. Efficient with our order. Nice waiting area."
"I have to give 2 stars because the hours are awful. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years since well before it became CVS. The staff is not happy about it either and encouraged me to voice this on a review in hopes it would spark change. Many patrons are unhappy as well and keep complaining to the staff. 10:00 AM on a weekday for a pharmacy to open is absurd. If it doesn’t change, I will be moving to a pharmacy with better operating hours."
"CVS took over the pharmacy in Schnucks. Just did my first prescription refill since the change. Not impressed. Routine filling of prescriptions has apparently changed from the two days with Schnucks to seven days with CVS and they still were not able to fill all my prescriptions, nor could they tell me when the rest will be ready. Want a text message when your prescriptions are ready like Schnucks did? Sure, but when you sign up you have to also agree to our robocalls."
"I’m disappointed in the pharmacist lying to me about trying to call me to tell me there was something wrong with my rx. I never received any voicemails and I don’t have any missed calls. They didn’t know why it said refill too soon when she stated it wasn’t. She had no compassion and never apologized. Why do people like this work in patient care? I’m having my family change pharmacies because of the lack of care. Maybe check the phone systems before telling patients you did something when you obviously did not."
