"My GP sold his office and could no longer offer treatment with controlled substances, including ADD meds I have taken for 32 years. I was referred here. They require me to “check in” virtually every 2 months. I tell them everything is fine, no changes and they record my blood pressure, which I take at home with a device they required me to purchase although my BP has always been normal and not at all a concern, just to collect my $70 copay. Then, I have to call multiple days in a row to ask them to send my Rx to the pharmacy. I have been told rudely several times, “She calls them in at the end of the day.” Yeah. Which day?? Not today. It’s super frustrating. The last time I spoke to the “doctor” she asked me if I “take days off on the weekends” so I don’t run out of my 30 day supply in 30 days. No, I sure don’t! Unfortunately I still have ADD on Saturdays and Sundays. The only competent person here is Glenda, who is a saint. I dread if anyone else answers the phone. Unless you have unlimited time and patience, seek treatment elsewhere! I know I am. UPDATE: The response they provided is so frustrating. They say they sometimes miss the mark. They ALWAYS miss the mark when it comes to sending the Rx to the pharmacy. I shouldn’t have to call multiple days in a row to let you know you still didn’t do what I asked. Complete lack of care and concern. I don’t think speaking to an office manager would change a thing. If they were all that concerned, they would have an office manager reach out to me. This has been my experience every single month. I think it’s very telling how quickly they respond to negative reviews to “protect their practice” but can’t even take two minutes to do their actual jobs. If I could give this place zero stars I would."

"I don’t understand why this place has anything less than 5 stars. Almost everybody I speak to is nothing short of compassionate, understanding, and efficient. I love every woman at this office, special shoutout to Glenda the receptionist. If every employee was like her, we could overcome mental illness yet. Dr. Danielle and Dr. Vicki are INCREDIBLE as well and I feel so comfortable talking to them. Btw it’s Megan S but I change my name on here for privacy xoxoxo love you all."

"I love this place. Dr. Maria is wonderful she’s been treating my son since he was seven now he is fourteen. She’s always been so caring and kind. When I started my son out it was rocky at first because we had to try him out to find the fit for him. But she always had time for me even when it seemed to not be working. She told me you can call me anytime let me know how he is doing. I did just that we finally found what works for him. So I do put my trust in her. Mrs. Glenda nice receptionist."
