"This bank has the worst service ever! I will be closing my account to take my business to a bank that has more respect of their clients time."
"Honestly bank anywhere but here. This place is an absolute joke. I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved here months ago.. can’t get anyone to answer a single call.. can get an appointment for months.. my husband still isn’t on the account bc they’re never available to get him to sign the paperwork, never enough people working… EVERY check I deposit from the same exact account gets put on hold for a week so my bills can’t get paid on time. Learn from my mistake and don’t bank here."
"No drive thru options except for ATM. I was unable to deposit a check because a client did not put LLC at the end of the name. I looked back at other deposits and there are very few that have included the LLC and they’ve never before refused a check because of that."
"The line was way too long, but a very courteous young guy who worked with loans was going down the line once he was finished with his customer and asking who he could help. He was extremely courteous and helpful. I should have asked his name… it helped cut our time there in half since the line was moving slow. Banks need more people like him."
"If you are looking to get help don't come here. Staff is rude and unhelpful. My wife and I spend about 12 hours on about 6 different calls trying to fix something over the phone. We were advised tp visit a location. We came here and they also didn't help. Bofa is always just passing the ball, and this location is the epitome of awful costumer service and help. Wait time are stupid even if the bank is borderline empty."
