"The pharmacy technician Tyler was so awful towards me. Argued with me and was incredibly rude. Not accommodating at all I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy at all. If you need your meds they don’t take good rx and the guy sat there and argued with me about how I should have had a prescription card basically calling me a liar. "Everyone there is always very nice and helpful. However there is one employee that is truly extraordinary. Tyler Rhodes went above and beyond when he helped me today. I was having one of the worst days of my life due to personal family medical issues. Not only was Tyler caring and compassionate, but he even took the time to help me get a prescription that I needed urgently, transferred from another pharmacy. He listened to me and worked quickly to help me get everything I needed in the fastest way possible. "I walked in as a new customer to drop off a prescription, and was ignored by employees for around 5 minutes, with no other customers in the store, before I had enough and walked back to the car and let my fiancé try. He came in, also sat there for about 5 minutes, before he asked an employee if he could be helped. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because it was filled quickly. An acknowledgement that I was standing there would’ve been nice, but I was looked at by several employees and still ignored."

"The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Chesterfield is the best pharmacy!! I have been getting my medications filled at this pharmacy for the past five years. I have always found the staff and pharmacists to be extremely kind, professional, caring, and helpful. This year I could not get one of my medications due to a supply shortage. I was provided with a different generic that didn’t work for me. When I talked to the pharmacists, they were very understanding and helpful, indicating that they recognized that all generics are not the same. They started calling other suppliers to try to get the kind I needed. I could tell they really care about their patients! They expressed compassion and caring. They listened to me and helped me. They were able to get the medication I needed after a couple of months. I am so grateful for their help! By the way, their App doesn’t work well for me so I always call and talk to someone. Their staff are super helpful! I live over 15 miles from this pharmacy. It is totally worth the drive, but it is not always easy for me to get there. Last week I got COVID. My prescriptions were due. I called the pharmacy and they mailed them out immediately and I received my medication within two days! If you are looking for an excellent pharmacy that provides personal attention with professionalism, courtesy and kindness, I highly recommend The Medicine Shoppe in Chesterfield.
