"I called this morning at 9:15 am, to check on my prescriptions, cause they didn't text me.I was told they were ready, we go into to Walmart around 12:30, to pick them up, they tell me that they will text me when they are ready...I thought they were already.. So we do some grocery shopping, until they text me at 1:26.. I get to the pharmacy and they are closed for lunch...WTH ..why text me. So now tomorrow I will have to make another trip into town to pick them.."

"I've been using Walmart Pharmacy for almost a year now. For being such a busy pharmacy, I've had pretty good experiences almost every time. I think only one time I've had a problem and that was with my prescription that was filled this evening, I was supposed to have 21 pills and there were only 10. Not a big deal, a small inconvenience as long as they will give me the rest of my pills tomorrow. I won't know how their customer service is until I call tomorrow. But I'm happy with them over the past year. Pharmacists have been friendly and informative. The other associates that I've encountered have all been friendly and I have no complaints. Prices are better than other pharmacies I've used, plus I can do my other shopping if I have to wait for my prescriptions. I will continue to use this pharmacy and I would recommend them. * UPDATE - they made good on my missing pills with no hassle, everything is controlled there I'm sure it was easy to know I wasn't fibbing about my pills missing! STILL happy with the customer service and the pharmacy as a whole!"
