"Fast and friendly staff"
"If I could give zero stars I would! I called in for assistance as I'm located over 100 miles away, only for the agent to cut me off and pass me to their customer service department, without listening to what my issue was. I'd already spoken with customer service, which informed me that I needed to deal with someone at a branch directly, but again I was not given the opportunity to explain this. The agent simply cut me off saying "Sir not me, customer service!" Like dude, they're the ones who told me to contact you directly, maybe if you learn to listen to the client, you would receive vital information! This is the first time and the first employee from Frost Bank that I have ever had trouble/issues with."
