"Every time I go to this location, I get horrible service. From the managers on down, everyone is rude. I remember being so excited for us to finally get a Popeyes. Nothing but a long wait and horrible customer service. I would definitely eat here more if this wasn't the case."

"Chicken wasn't very hot at all. Mac n cheese was good and the mashed potatoes had maybe a teaspoon of gravy on them. We were disappointed they were out of coke, barbeque sauce, honey mustard sauce. And pictures are seen of how clean it was , not. This was at the location on Kimberly Rd in Davenport, Iowa near Ganzo's."

"I'm torn on food and service. I asked the girl who took my order whether I could get all light meat. She said yes, we clarified that 3 times. Ordered 2- 4 piece All white meat, 1-4 piece mixed, and 1- tenders. Ended up getting 3-4 piece All Dark!?!wth, at least the tenders was right. To counter that slightly, the young man packing the order was very thoughtful and nice when letting us know that our order was ready(even though it was put in incorrectly. Food- Very upset that the order was completely wrong. We drove 20 minutes to get it, and stupidly didn't look inside the boxes. That said, for the first time I had Popeyes, it did taste really good, Had it been the white I ordered, it would've been fantastic, but dark just isn't as good to me. I hate paying for something that I didn't get, or got wrong."

"INCREDIBLE!!!!! I am astounded that there are any reviews higher than one star… I am not joking when I tell you I have tried to go here five different times and the wait is so long I end up leaving. There are no customers inside and only two or three cars in the drive-through. Then when I get my chance to order it’s met with someone not even saying hello, but they say “yeah? “And then I order and they say they’re out of most of the things on the menu. The one time I did get food, it was 22 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I actually got my order of ONE spicy chicken sandwich. I don’t understand how this place makes enough money to stay open."

"I was going to order Kfc chicken wings but my daughter convinced me to do Popeyes instead. My problem is last time I tried Popeyes there was a very very very long wait for not that many cars and order was messed up. But I made an agreement with her if she picks it up, I would pay for it and have her my order. She was with me when we had the long wait last time so she said she wanted to try again. The good news is the wait she said was way shorter. The service was not better as she said sounded like same bad attitude. So it was up to the food. I checked bags when they arrived at the house. It was missing fries and drink for the meal. The chicken sandwich seemed smaller than the time before or maybe it's was flattened. It did not taste fresh more like sitting in warmer long time. I tried my daughters wings and they definitely were not fresh. The biscuit was hard...I mean brick hard. We were pounding it on the table hard. So the second time around not better. I will wait awhile again and when get in the mood for chicken, I might try again."
