"Spoke with Hanna from the corporate office. She was not at all helpful, both unprofessional and rude. This company is about themselves not the customer. Between the scratches on my truck, paint missing and now them refusing to cancel my account or refund what they took from my account without authorization, I just had to drop a review to ensure anyone that reads it will be warned. If you value you time money and vehicle, I’d suggest going anywhere else other than this car wash."

"A little pricey and car did not get completely clean. Well, no offer to clean my car again so won't be coming back. One review showed an antenna cover for which your company said sorry, not our fault. This leads me to understand that should anything like this happened to my car, I know now you're company would not pay for the repairs. Stay away as I paid 10.00 and car was not cleaned thoroughly."

"Back in the day I used to take my car down to the wash, get out and do it all myself. But with The Club, those days are over. The wash is excellent, the vacuums would probably pick up a bowling ball or maybe perhaps a small deer, or at least the deer bits still stuck to your grill from the one you smashed on HWY 67 the night before. The staff are hardworking and pleasant and are appreciated. Leave them a tip when you can. They definitely earn it."

"I went through the wash and noticed my shark fin antenna cover was missing, after asking the car wash attendant if they had it, they found it in the wash. It was scratched up and broken. The attendant told me he could file a claim because the wash clearly broke it off. Two days later the manager calls me to say they will not cover the cost of fixing it because it’s just an antenna. Now I’m out the cost of the antenna cover that is color matched to my car and the radio is broken and has to be replaced. I was a loyal member for over a year and a half and they treat me like this. I have a brand new 2021 vehicle, not one that was falling apart already. They are a terrible company to not own up to fixing something they clearly know they broke. The manager did not seem to care and told me it was still just an antenna. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. $30 a month and now I have to pay to fix my car."
