"2/16/24 at 10:20 am I went to the pharmacy to pick a prescription and the young lady behind the counter was very unfriendly. It upset me and was not a great way for me to start my day…….I can’t imagine why she was so cold."

She answered my call earlier this week about a back ordered medication and complained about how the pharmacy is so short staffed and how customers are so rude and don't understand how it's not the pharmacy's fault that no one can get their medications refilled. Extremely unprofessional and immature attitude."

"Literally the worst pharmacy experience everytime I’ve gone here. HORRIBLE the techs definitely aren’t trained or certified. Have had multiple times where they won’t tell me the real issue with my prescription so I’m not able to help speed the process and end up without my medication for several days until I demand to speak to pharmacist to find out what’s actually wrong! & I literally got frustrated because she told me I already filled which I hadn’t and I told her that and then she said well we’re out of stock anyways which I knew they weren’t because I had already made sure so I told her they can’t be and admitted she lied!!! They give no estimated time to pick up medication just say “ I have no idea” over and over and over again!"
