"Went to beefaroo tonight. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches with cheese. They asked me to repeat what I ordered. I did. Then received 2 beef sandwiches so I had to go back around and tell them I got the wrong order. We waited a while and then the lady brought out the correct order. She was rude and did not apologize and put the blame on me saying "we heard beef, not fish" . Felt like she implied I did this on purpose. Manager needs to have a talk with their employees."

"Obviously still delicious but inside this location smells like sulfur or a sewage leak. It's not dirty but definitely has a wild smell. Recommend you go through the drive thru to get those cheese fries."

"I don't fast food very often, but Beef-A-Roo sounded good that day. I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger and a strawberry malt. It really isn't fast food in the sense that they had my order just sitting there under a warmer. It was cooked fresh and very delicious. It seemed expensive, but I knew the price when I ordered, and with it tasting great and an adequate quantity the price wasn't a concern. Sometimes a guy has to splurge. They were really busy, which is a good sign for a restaurant, and the gal behind the counter made me feel like she was happy I was there and was very patient while I decided what I wanted to order. She even told me what was on sale that day. It was a very good experience."

"It's a great place with wonderful food we have all enjoyed for decades. Why 4 stars? Well, the salt was a thing of legend. However, they have now changed it to be much less than it was before. Not sure if that was a cost savings or sometone fixing something that wasn't broken. So, 4 stars because they had 5 and decided to forfeit one. We used to buy the salt for home, since we don't live near a location. Now we wouldn't take it if it was free."
