Walmart Pharmacy

"This Walmart pharmacist, won't release prescriptions. She said she messaged the doctor questioning the doc if they are sure they want to prescribe because the patient hasn't been prescribed it before. Pharmacist is playing doctor because "it's her license on the line". She's NOT the doctor! So now, the person I was picking up prescriptions for had to go out of town without their doctor prescribed medication!"

"My experience with this pharmacy is 0 stars Very RUDE and inconsiderate to my needs as a patient who needs their medications. Unbelievable how I'm treated over the phone and in person. The Drs gave me scripts and your job is to fill those scripts not dictate my treatment and decide what to give me and what not to give me"

"I picked up my prescription the other day and they wouldn’t take my extra $10 off coupon ( Good RX emailed it to me). I came home and called good RX and they said the pharmacist put the coupon in wrong. I called the pharmacist back and was told Good RX lies all the time. I listened to him say he’s worked at CVS, Walgreens and now Walmart and he knows what he’s talking about. I really don’t care where he’s worked all I wanted was my extra $10 off. I’m sure Good RX wouldn’t appreciate being called liars. I told the pharmacist I’d send him a copy of the coupon and he said it’s a mute point as the price was already processed. I seriously have the coupon right in front of me on my phone. I got so frustrated I hung up. Walmart really needs to hire more professional pharmacists. I’ll never use them again."

"We went to the Rockton Walmart tonight for my daughter to get vaccinated. She was having a really rough time and didn't want to do it. Mr Anasry (sorry spelling) was very patient and kind to her. I really appreciate his patience and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you!"
