"I understand that staffing is a huge issue and that the pharmacists and techs are very overworked. However, this walgreens pharmacy continuously messes up or simply doesn’t refill an order and they don’t even give a call to inform you. The wait is almost always over 20 minutes just to be told they messed up and don’t have your medications."

"About half the time they refill my prescription, they refill it with the name brand 10x as much $ version. They claim that it's the only one in stock so they filled it with that, even though I Always tell them to delay the prescription until they have the off brand version available. I have a note on file with Walgreens AND from the prescriptions my doctor sends, and they often ignore both to get and extra $180 out of me. I'll be getting my prescription somewhere else from now on."

"I’ve been waiting for days to get a prescription that was supposed to be on hold, but somehow it got deleted and now they had to call the Nurse Practitioner to get it sent in again. It is now 5:35 and I still don’t have an answer when it will be done. This is the worst place for getting prescriptions filled, they are slow and always always have a line."

"This place is hands-down, the absolute worst pharmacy route is people slowest people most on an educated people that there is in a pharmacy being awesome at your Job included, being slow, lazy,unknowledgeable,rude they would get 5 stars. Just when I think that my experience can’t possibly go any worse than the last one, they never cease to perform and out do the time before. Scary to think that these people are the ones who dish out medications to people."

"Unbelievably poor service. After being assured by the pharmacist yesterday my Rx would be transferred, I arrived today to discover it had not been approved by the pharmacist, after a forty five minute wait in the line. I was asked to wait another 20. When the pharmacist called my name as ready, I was told to go and wait in the original line again. I have now been here 2 hours, standing. Unacceptable"
