"Always had great service. The staff is super friendly and very helpful."
"Talked to Teagan in the pharmacy, she was very helpful and answered all my questions and got me out with my stuff very quickly. very sweet girl."
"My wife picked up my medications pharmacy staff was too lazy to check the bin to see if there was more than one package. Now I have to make another 40 miles round trip to pick them up. They need to pay attention, update computers so maybe it will tell staff how many are ready. Since the pharmacy staff change it has gone to $hit."
"Please call us if a prescription is ready or if for some reason the insurance does not go through. Multiple times we show up a days after a prescription was sent waiting for a call it was ready and it still needs to be processed or there was an issue. Great staff, poor follow through though."
"Today I went to buy insulin syringes. Jan the pharmacist got involved and treated me extremely rudely. After making me feel like I'm a drug user she refused to sell to me. I told her I use them for my testosterone replacement therapy And she was confused and did not understand what TRT was which caught me by surprise being she's a pharmacist. I explained to her that a prescription was not needed and she understood just flat out refused to sell to me. I had to drive to Rockford to Walgreens which sold to me no questions asked. What has me the most upset is how they made me feel like a drug user, they made me feel very uncomfortable as I had to leave."
