"This is the worst Doctor office. They can Ridicule you for being late. But the took 19 minutes to be seen by the nurse. This a horrible place to take your kids to see the Doctor. but yet it took you 30 minutes just to see me how was that fair?"

"I have been trying to pay a bill for 2 weeks plus. Very unprofessional customer service. They pick up and automatically place on hold. Never come on the line to assist or let you know as a courtesy they are busy. I don't even know why they took my granson there. Poor front desk service. Placed on hold for over 45minutes On each call no one comes to the line."

"Does anyone know how to get in contact with the dr of this clinic??? Not only have I been calling for the past 2 weeks to schedule an appointment regarding a current concern but I ALWAYS get placed on hold for 30 min and then hung up on, I call back and it happens all over again it’s ridiculous! Is there a portal that maybe I’m unaware of to get in contact with someone??? I love the dr here and have been coming here for years first with Dr Menéndez and then transitioned with dr Perez but lately it’s been so disappointing with the lack of professionalism with the schedule and phone communication. The fact that we can’t get a simple answer is just beyond alarming!!"

"rude receptionists, they never ever answer the phone. doctors and receptionists make you feel stupid here. they constantly rush you out and want you to schedule appointments for nothing. cancelled my appointment without telling me. the exam rooms were always dirty. doctors would barely call back. i would NOT recommend. I did like Dr. Sanchez but that was all."

"Dr. Perez and staff are the absolute best! I love my children's pediatrician office. So much that we followed them to their new location. Wether it is for a check up or a sick visit my concerns are always listened to. I thank them for their patience with my children as sometimes it is not easy with my kids and their vaccinations. I trust wholeheartedly Dr Perez and staff with their medical knowledge in my children's care. With my many years of experience with this office I can definitely say I recommend their office 100%.
