"I have twins! Dr.Kyi saved one of my sons life. I can in for a routine checkup for my baby who at the time was only 1 month old. Dr.Kyi examined him an noticed his heart sounded a little abnormal. The Dr. told me what signs to look for regarding something called Wolf Parkinson’s White Syndrome. The next day I noticed the very symptoms Dr. told me to watch for and I was able to catch it just in time and took my son straight into the hospital. My sons life was fragile and faint, I was only able to save him because Dr.Kyi caught it and warned me of what to look for. Thank you Dr. for being so knowledgeable and for saving my son!"

"I've taken both my sons to Dr.Kyi and he has always given us top- notch service. Recently my smaller one has gotten more sick then we'd like and he's always provided excellent care and referrals for them. However, the front receptionist is Dr.Kyi wife and she is just unbelievably rude and condescending. She lied to me for five months about being able to reimburse my payment for not having my insurance card on my sons first visit after birth, which was an emergency. And said it was my fault and that my insurance had to do something about it when she was the one who took my money. She has made comments at visits about my three year old having horrible behavior and insinuating that he needs therapy. She is so rude and racist to me and my sons she never says hi to us but will say hi to everyone else. Last time we spoke she said I can make the decision of taking my kids elsewhere if I needed to. So as much as we love Dr.Kyi we will not be going back to there office. She should not be allowed to work in healthcare along side children she is so despicable and mean."

"Dr. KYI is an amazing doctor! My family has been seeing him for years, starting with my first daughter when she was in kindergarten, and now he's taking care of my new baby girl. He's incredibly professional, always providing top-notch care and advice. I appreciate that he has new staff who are equally attentive and caring. Plus, he often gives us free samples to try, which has been really helpful. I highly recommend Dr. KYI to anyone seeking excellent pediatric care!"

"Ever since his wife has been handling the administrative duties to this office it’s gone downhill. I’ve taken my almost 11 year old to Dr. Kyi since he was born and since my oldest son was 6. Had an urgent request for a doctor’s appointment today and because Dr Kyi’s wife couldn’t open my son’s insurance card on a pdf document in their very outdated system (they use hotmail as an email service) she got mad and kept yelling at me that next time I need to take the physical card. (I’ve called BCBS several times requesting a new one since I misplaced it and they have since then just gone digital so they refuse to send a second physical card). I told her that they wouldn’t send me a physical card and if it’s a problem maybe next time I’ll take him to a different doctor and she responds please do so. At that point I got upset as well because my son is in pain and I’m like as a matter of fact I’ll leave right now. None of the medical assistants last there anymore and last time that I took my teenage son for a dermatologist referral she responded with “maybe he just needs a girlfriend” and didn’t bother telling her husband, Dr. Kyi that I needed the referral. Just rude overall and doesn’t have any business dealing with patients."

"My four children have been patients of Dr. Kyi for more than ten years and I cannot talk enough about what an AMAZING family doctor he is. Dr. Kyi and his wife treat us like family, always remembering every detail of our life (like the fact my 6-year-old only likes pineapple lollipops...Mrs. Kyi actually went out to buy them so that she could give him one when she knew we were coming to the office.) They have always managed to squeeze us into the schedule whenever the slightest cold or sickness pops up (which is A LOT). The entire staff has treated my newborn babies to my grown children with kindness, consideration, and expertise. If ever I have to move out of the area, I know I would never find a practice that I could depend on as much as I do with Dr. Kyi and his staff!"
