"I changed my kids over to this clinic a little over a year ago and could not be happier! It’s so much better to deal with a handful of peds vs a constant rotation of residents like most other facilities. I am happy to help residents but the issue is you find one you like, then they are gone or you see so many different people and too many opinions. Right after switching my then 6 month old was literally sick back to back. She’s the kid that catches EVERYTHING. Then spreads it to my other child. I never have an issue getting an appointment and most of the time it’s with our pcp. Sometimes even same day! Honestly all of them there are good. One week we were there 4 days straight rotating between my two kids. I have needed several referrals over the past year too, neuro, vision, audiology, you name it and they never take the wait and see route. My kids health is always priority and I am so happy to found this place. Side note, I’m really surprised by the reviews on front desk or support staff. I’ve even had nurses answer and schedule appointments just so you’re not waiting instead of leaving me on hold."

"We were sort of “assigned” la grange pediatrics because I found out my intended pediatrician did not come to the hospital I delivered at (Hinsdale). My experience was a mixed bag of amazing and kind nurses to the rudest and most unpleasant front desk ladies I have ever encountered in any profession. I literally just left their office to get transfer info for my daughter and I the lady working is just mean! Calling here literally gives me anxiety because the receptionist are so unkind. New parents need the face of a pediatric office to be kind and inviting. So do the kids. I wish I could say it was only one incident, but it was every time. It’s a pain in the butt to look for a new doctor and transfer, I’d suggest giving them a call or visiting to get a feel if you can handle attitude from strangers when you’re child is sick. Shoutout to the nurses though, always super helpful and kind."
