"Quick run down of problem: I have a rental property with a wood burning stove and the tenants set a fire in the stove and left the room. They returned to cushions on the floor and curtains on fire. Thankfully, fire department responded quickly and extinguished the fire. The next morning, extremely upset, I left voicemails at 3 businesses to find someone to come out and assess the damage. Allen at Superior Texan Artisan Renovations called me back right away. He adjusted his schedule and came out to meet me same day to assess the damage. 20 feet of floor was burned, the walls throughout the house were covered in soot as the fire department used a blower and one of the windows was damaged. I was still in shock this happened. I asked Allen to remove the wood burning stove that day and he was able to accommodate me. The next day, I had very reasonable estimates for repairing the damaged floor, washing and painting all the rooms including the kitchen cabinets and replacing the window. I found Allen and his team to be very responsive, reasonable, easy to communicate with, and honest. They did a great job. High quality work! I recommend them whole-heartedly.
