"If I could give them more stars I would! Frank and Nathan of Finishing Touches provide beyond excellent service. I consulted with Nathan about a long list of repairs that had to be done to my younger sister's house in order to make it safer and more livable for her. Nathan listened, took note of the problems and repairs and made suggestions -- for instance, my sister had a back stair that had no rail. It was steep and dangerous. Nathan took note of where the railing should be and then suggested that an extra step be added -- something we should have thought of but didn't. A small detail -- but crucial to her safety. They did all of these tasks: installed locks and door knobs; installed a kitty door; tiled around her fireplace; created a firebox; tiled around a kitchen sink; put tin skirting around the outside of her house; installed the frame work for her front porch-- and more! My sister adored them-- they were patient, kind, and did the work quickly and assuredly. And everything had that look -- Nathan said early on, they would make things look pretty. And that's what they did. And here's another very important point -- they will tell you when they can't do something. That was a treat. And an added note -- I live in Florida. The work they did for my sister was in Florence, Texas. They kept me informed every step of the way. Nathan even took photos and texted them to me. I just wish they were here in Tallahassee, Florida where I live! If you employ Finishing Touches you will get excellent quality, excellent value and beautifully finished work. You'll be pleased."
