"Good visit with Dr Kalenowski in Bartlett. Received flu shot and lab work. Annette always welcomes me with a good heart, and I enjoy talking with her. No problems at all with scheduling and checking in. Three minute wait lab results emailed the next morning. Good work! Photos and videos are prohibited."

"It’s nearly impossible to get appointments in timely manner here. This facility is extremely short staffed. Regardless of having to pay a super expensive monthly Insurance payment, it’s ridiculous that we constantly get suggested to go to a an urgent care instead of seeing one of the doctors. My primary care doctor is absolutely amazing, I have no complaints towards her. Dr. Ahmed is extremely intelligent and gets personal and will help you like a friend and as much as I wish, I know she’s not available all the time. This clinic needs to hire more doctors so when the regular doctors are on vacations they deserve, patients are still being taken care of. Apparently the “on call” doctor doesn’t want to take any appointments and constantly sending everyone to urgent care. I’m extremely disappointed about the short staffed."

"Regarding a call yesterday: Horrible. Answering service rep was very dismissive and just didn’t seem to want to be bothered. My daughter is 18 and I’m stepping out of these matters so she can learn how to navigate these things and be an effective advocate for herself and i ended up having to step in and finish the call for her. If this is the representation off hours for what we usually get pretty good services on it’s unfortunate. She never did get a call back by the way just received a response from that rep who took her call “I don’t know when the doctor will call you. When they have time they will. This call held some level of urgency as she had some bad side effects from a medication she was prescribed. If I could give zero stars for this comment to be saved I would. It’s worth mentioning that we love our Doctor ,Dr. Ahmed and the office staff when we do go into office. Just this after hours service was just so disconnected in what good service is"
