"Sent all of my Husband and I's personal information and documents to Ms Carey after our call as instructed. I even offered to pay her upfront and she told me she collects the $200 after filing. Ms Carey failed to deliver on two separate promised dates and just went dark on us after the second time. We needed to provide the taxes/W2 for a home purchase and inevitably cancelled two appointments because of it. Also we spoke on me contracting her on an ongoing basis for her business accounting services and LLC formation. We have since had the taxes done elsewhere after hearing nothing for 2 weeks. And what's worse is she was referred by a superb professional who trusted her with this referral. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone."
