"Getting an appt here is complicated and challenging. Most doctors office have same day appt and this office it’s like days or weeks out. I think you would have better luck meeting the president. Our old doctor when you needed appt as early as tomorrow they had openings. So frustrating"

"My one year old saw the nurse practitioner Christi. Obviously, most young children are terrified of exams, and my toddler is no exception. During my toddler's exam, she became very upset, to the point of vomiting and hyperventilating. At no point did Christi offer my child a break. There was absolutely no respect for my child's boundaries, instead just wanting to rush through a physical exam and pay no mind to her becoming ill from being upset. At this point I said we were done. I want her vaccines and we're going. I notice that my child's face is scratched up and bleeding. After telling Christi about this she proceeded to tell me that I did this to my child, and avoided all responsibility for her actions. Left here feeling absolutely traumatized and gaslit. Don't bring your kids here."

"We have been taking our kids now 6 and 3 to this place since they were born. The service has been terrible for all these years and they always make us wait at least 45mins before the doctor comes and acts like they are doing us a favor by just being there. They are in the practice of double booking and triple booking patients and have been for a long time. Please save yourself the trouble and find another practice."

"I will NEVER recommend this practice again. My daughter is/was a patient here, after my daughter’s 6MO appointment she became very ill with a high fever after getting vaccinated. Today her father brought her in because I had to work and told me he wasn’t allowed to leave until she got her shots? Babies get shots and 2,4,6 months & again after a year. They are trying to give my daughter her shots a month earlier. I AM NOT A ANTI-VACCINATION PERSON but with COVID-19 I’d rather just wait a little. I was on the phone arguing with LUZ the nurse because dr Khan was pushing the shot and said if her father gave permission so that was enough.... her father who has NO legal right. NOT even on the brith certificate. So they just a RIDE make medical decisions for 11 mo. olds. They were not respecting any of my concerns. Go to a pediatrician who isn’t money hungry. Will be looking for a new pediatrician."

"It's a good practice. I have been going there for at least 10 years. My only complaint is that the parents let their kids run around everywhere. Once a little girl fell on top of my 4 month old who was in his carrier. Needless to say I was angry! I think the receptionist needs to tell the patients to watch their kids! It's a doctors office, NOT a playground!"
