"Terrible management. As a parent I Was spoken to condescendingly at every interaction. Management cannot retain their staff. More than once I was called midday to pick up my child because they were suddenly shorthanded. They do not honor parental requests for a female therapist. Terminated our contract without notice. Did not provide medical records on day of termination. Managenent Will blame parents if their therapy doesn't work."
