"Just wondering why you, don't ask for receipts? Seems you do taxes according to your license. What I mean by that is just this. It seems to me like you didn't even look for all the ways to get us money back. When, you go to Jackson Hewitt. They try to get you the most money back. This is second year filing with you, and I never get anything back. I went to h&r block and had them run my taxes and they say i would get back at least 500.00 2017 tax yr. Seems i go to you, and always owe the IRS. What a shame..Seems to me like you get a cut from the govt, to not work as hard in taxes."
