"Please read all reviews before going with this tax service. I only went there because a family member recommended them and I wish I hadn't. I never got my tax return for last yr. I tried checking online and nothing. I called Quantum to get help and the man was very rude. I tried explaining and he called it arguing. Unless you want to go through unnecessary problems please go with another tax service."

"I have been going to Quantum for over 10 years to do my taxes and have even referred people to them. My fiance did his 2020 tax return with them and because Tony was in such a rush and distracted he marked his return as paper check instead of direct deposit that he has been doing for over 5 years. I have never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully as I have when trying to get the situation corrected as if we were the ones who did something wrong. When we saw the mistake we called to have it corrected and Albert stated he could update the information, when we sent the info to him. Then when we called to confirm he rushed us off the phone and hung up annoyed stating he would update the info that evening. Flash forward we called again 4 days later to verify the info was updated and were told it wasn't however we would receive a callback.. never got one.. flash forward today, Albert acted as if we were a bother when contacting him regarding the issue and spoke to us rudely over the phone when we wanted my fiance's information deleted since it wasn't updated as he said it was. We understand that you could not update but delete his information from your phone and confirm you did it since you never confirmed and lied that you can update the information last time. However he refused and got an attitude..This is beyond frustrating, unprofessional and rude but they sure got the 200 dollars they charged my fiance to do his taxes. It is truly shame after all these years I will be going elsewhere to complete my taxes as will my fiance."

"DO NOT USE! I would give a zero review if I could! Mr. Albert was downright rude and very unprofessional. I would not encourage anyone to use this service. I requested for support with my tax filing very late which I can only blame on myself. I called on the deadline day to follow up, he answered quite brusquely and I found out he had not yet opened my email with documents so I had to specify what email to check for. I made a comment saying “wow, if I hadn’t called, I may have missed the deadline”, and he immediately went on a rant about how clients send documents late and then call to threaten him, and that if I questioned him again then he did not need my business. I immediately reminded him I had made only one statement without any threat (or question) and I understood he was likely stressed, but he seemed to be transferring some aggression to me. He promptly apologized, stating his annoyance was Indeed not with me, that he was upset before I called. He called back a few minutes later to get information including my date of birth, and once I provided that, his tone immediately became aggressive again, and he went on a new rant about my age and how he moved to the US in the year I was born, his child was my age mate and as I was from the same country as him where age commands respect, I should not have dared to make the comment about the possibility of my missing the deadline if I hadn’t called. When I asked what his child’s age had to do with my tax filing or how my making that comment for a service I was to pay for was not showing respect, he started shouting and went as far as telling me to “shut up” repeatedly, and then hung up the phone. I have never felt so disrespected by a service provider, my hands were visibly shaking. Granted, he might have been under pressure due to it being the tax deadline date, but for someone who put so much stock in age, he should have known and done better, pressure is no excuse to speak to any customer in that manner. Thankfully, I was able to contact another tax accountant, who finished my filing within 15 minutes as it was pretty straightforward. I spent time thinking about whether my tone may have perhaps conveyed something that triggered him, but I have looked at the reviews for QFS and saw a similar posting a customer made about his specific (Albert’s) rudeness and unprofessionalism, so I know it’s not the first time. Mr. Albert - Please be better, everyone deserves to be treated courteously!"
