"I would NOT recommend this company. We had them do 3 bathrooms in our home. They all needed new countertops, sinks, faucets, and tile. One very small tub/shower enclosure needed to be removed and replaced with a step-in shower with a glass enclosure (which we had Vielman Glass do - a great company !). Another bath needed shower walls and floor tiled, new countertop, sinks, faucets for sinks and tub/shower combo and new glass sliding doors for tub/shower combo (which we also purchased). The 3rd bath (which we all discovered during the process, that it was evidently a tornado shelter-should have followed our pit bull's lead on that, as that's where he always hid from noise) needed the shower tile removed, replaced, new countertop, sink, and faucets replaced. During that bath remodel, they loosened sheetrock in the garage without putting it back properly, even though we called them back to do it. We purchased all the tile, grout, faucets, sinks, countertops (except for the one they had to go purchase because they got in a hurry and cut it wrong). They damaged cabinets and woodwork, walls, doors, and left grout and caulking on cabinets, countertops, sinks, etc. The caulking around the sinks and countertops have already deteriorated and need to be redone. Frank definitely does not like dealing with WOMEN that have any knowledge of remodel or how things should actually be done. We have had to spend more money fixing what wasn't done properly in the first place. Hire anyone else !!!"

"Initially, Frank came out and checked on what I needed. We discussed options, and he said he would give me a quote. Then we started having some email back-and-forth sorting out the details, with a week between each message. Eventually I got a quote, then asked if some adjustments were possible. A week later, I got another quote with that small change. I asked again about some other clarifications that had yet to be answered: that must have been too much for them, as I never heard back. I even emailed again asking if I had annoyed them too much. Seems so."

"I have used Frank for over 10 years for both my home and my business property. He is always more than fair with me. I know I can call Frank day or night and he gets right on it, and if he can't get to me right away he lets me know when he can. I totally trust Frank with all of our handyman needs and projects I can't handle. He does great work."
