"It was an awful experience. I have NEVER seen such bad workmanship in my 20+ years of design experience. The owner was a real treat to try and work out the problems- not.. He offered for them to come and fix for free, but why would you want to continue with additional poor workmanship? The pics speak for themselves. Having to pay another contractor to replace the shower floor that was left with 1/2" grout and never wiped down. To make matters worse, the worker did not slope the floor correctly and therefore, it did not drain and puddles all over. Should have read additional reviews, not just from one site...lesson learned :0("
