"Let me just say this was the worst trip I have ever had there. I sat in line for 20 minutes to get nothing but a burger that I didn't order. Let me just add they were not busy once so ever! I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and got a Swiss burger and no mushrooms the skimpiest burger I have ever seen! Very very disappointed!"
"Fries were reheated or over cooked. Double burger looked bad but tasted fine. Service is usually bad to worse. I should stop coming, but I love the chili. Kind of hard for them to mess that up."
"Decided to go for breakfast today. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, decided to speak to a manager. Manager was clueless. Waitress then came over and slammed food down on table. Eggs and hashbrowns were burnt. Too much talking and putting customers on the back burner. Table before us said they waited 30 minutes for food. Table that came in after us waited 20 minutes for coffee. Unacceptable! Corporate really needs to clean house at this location."
