Steak 'n Shake

"Came here for a doordash customer. Staff kept telling me the order was just about ready for over half an hour. After I finally started complaining the manager on duty told me they were only serving everyone in drive through first and that they had never even started my order. Unbelievable. I was not the only one in the lobby either. There were 4 families that had been there before I even arrived that had not gotten their food served either. Do not waste your time at this establishment. They do NOT care about you."

"This place is still trashy and slow. After seeing a few positive reviews in the last two months, I thought I'd give them another try. That was a bad idea. I ordered online for pickup, and it took 55 minutes to get a double cheeseburger and a shake. People who walked in 30 minutes after me got their bags before me. Four people were inside "working" and it was an absolute clown show. One guy on the grill doing everything and three others clowning around behind him instead of helping. Nobody working here has a clue what they're doing, and they don't even care enough to help their own team when busy. Don't waste your time or money here. What a joke."

"I don't leave reviews often but this was the best service I've had at a Steak n Shake in 10 years. Talked to the cook inside when picking up my online order, great guy, he said "have a nice day" to every customer leaving by name."

"This location always has issues with food and service. So I went through the drive through and had to repeat my order several times. Get to the window and the lady hands me my food and says "have a great day" then when I drive away she was like "oops wait come here come back back" like what? Lady you handed me my order without even asking for payment, I assumed it was a free order due to the long wait time and because she handed me my food and closed the conversation.. The chilli beans were hard like almost under or over cooked..they didn't include crackers..we didn't even get napkins."

"Here's the deal! The restaurant was clean. The food was well pleasing to the eye And taste a great. I was very satisfied with the atmosphedear. They have given steak and shake a new look and a new feel and I'm well pleased."
