"Decent for fast food late at night. There were more options for children's menu than other places. I like that they have ordering screens so that we could make all of the decisions without confusion of not being able to hear."

"We went to eat late at night on my birthday about a week ago so there weren't any other customers inside the restaurant. I really like their new ordering kiosks, they're pretty neat. The food was really good, as always. I love their fries with cheese on them and of course their chili. My only complaint is that we had to wipe our table down before we sat at it. The other tables weren't much better. With zero other customers inside the place, you'd think they could clean the tables better."

"This is my first visit after you changed to a work-araunt. Remember those commercials? I get it. This is all millennials can understand so you have to change with "trends". Food was good. I do not like the new concept."

"About the only thing I can say is it's clean...walked through the door to place our order at the kiosk and seated ourselves and got our own high chair.not even so much as a hello from the 3 ppl in the back...the menu also left us wondering..the only kids meal was the hotdogs combo.and you can order shakes at the kiosk either.once we went up and got our food( 0 personal service anymore) they forgot the onions on one burger, the lettuce and tomato on another burger and both kids drinks. And have yet to be greeted by anyone. And we won't discuss or attempt to figure out what the hotdogs are...needless to say I tasted it before I allowed my grandchild to eat it.( see attached photo) . I'm so disappointed I. What steak and shake has turned into.This was probablly my last visit to any steak and shake."
