"Rented a boom trailer it would go up but not come down we called within an hour to let HD know it wasn’t working properly. They said bring it back but couldn’t because it was stuck in the up position. The next day we worked with it and finally we were able to get it to come down very slowly. We took it back and they wanted to charge us for two days and it never worked enough for us to use it. The manager agreed to refund 440.00 which was equal to one day off, we still had to pay a one day rental. Thievery!"
