I don't know if this ur side hustle or you really got hacked, just stop them from sending phishing emails to people under your domain name at least. Thank you."

"Our company hired Cornerstone Growth Solutions to help generate appointments for the outside sales team. The platform takes a “buyer psychology” approach to lead generation that is somewhat different than their competition so we decided to take the plunge and see if it could work for our software company. The red flags started showing up in the first week. We were told that the salesperson's Linkedin page would be optimized as a first step to attract connections. That did not happen until the 4th week of the campaign and only by hounding them to get it done. Once completed, connections skyrocketed. This should have been done before kicking off the first campaign. After the first month of appointment setting, we noticed that certain job titles did not yield results and asked that they not be contacted. These job titles were not removed and appointments continued to be set with people that were reported not applicable to our company’s products. These appointments yielded an 85% no show rate with the other 15% thinking we were either recruiters or just reaching out to say hello. Also, there was lack of coordination between their email responders and their callers resulting in double bookings, repeat bookings, and ultimately prospects asking to not be contacted again. These complaints continued to go unrectified. We also had frequent replacements of our callers, disrupting call flow and volume. Weekly call volume was erratic at best. While appointment volume met the specified numbers, the call quality and applicability was extremely low and a very small percentage of leads were eligible to enter the sales pipeline as a result. Pleas for help to tweak the program or make adjustments to increase quality were rebuffed rather than handled in a professional manner. The overall stance of Cornerstone’s owners was to blame the customer rather than work with the customer to make necessary improvements. Avoid this vendor. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and the product does not work as promised. For the investment, there are better alternatives."
